Fred. Olsen Offers Free Flights on Select Grand Voyage Itineraries

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has unveiled a promo that includes free flights on selected Mediterranean sailings this year, with flights departing from or arriving at London Gatwick or Manchester Airport.

According to a press release, the deal is valid for new Freedom Fare bookings made by May 31, 2026, and applies to the first and last‑leg itineraries of the Balmoral’s Grand Voyage.

The ship will set sail on its Grand Voyage around the Mediterranean and Atlantic Islands, consisting of six individual itineraries, on September 30.

Geoff Ridgeon, head of sales at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, said: “Our fly-cruise holidays make discovering the Mediterranean effortless and rewarding – combining flights straight to the heart of Europe with the warmth and intimacy of our smaller ships, and sailings that blend iconic European cities with lesser-known gems.

This is an eight-night cruise departing from Southampton on September 30, 2026. Prices start at £929 per person.

Canaries Escape with the Fleet Fiesta

This is a 10-night cruise, departing from Santa Cruz de Tenerife on November 30, 2026. Prices start at £1,099 per person.

Itinerary: Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain – Las Palmas, Gran Canaria – Arrecife, Lanzarote – Funchal, Madeira (overnight stay) – Lisbon, Portugal – Matosinhos (for Porto), Portugal – Southampton, UK

Additionally, the cruise line announced a new itinerary as part of its fly‑cruise program – “Country Hopping from Greece to Tenerife.”

The 11‑night sailing from the Mediterranean to the Canary Islands visits five countries, plus Gibraltar.

Highlights include time in Athens and cruising into Valletta’s Grand Harbour and through the Strait of Gibraltar.

The cruise departs Piraeus (for Athens) on November 19, 2026. Prices start at £1,599 per person, including London or Manchester flights plus transfers.
