You must have strong understanding of hydraulics systems, a mechanical mindset and troubleshooting as your second nature. The boat does tend to sail as much as it can, so familiarity with that aspect would be a bonus.

You will have a deck engineer to count on, with a shared schedule on deck. Ideally a positive and easy going character would match well with the dynamic onboard, no big egos or very strong personalities. Fit and active with an attitude towards keeping healthy and being pro active with life and its surroundings. ・Single season, well known 50m+ motor yacht is currently searching for a permanent (60 days leave) Chief Stew to start for the 19th/20th of September! ・The yacht operates a busy, single season Mediterranean cruising itinerary with predominantly charter usage throughout the Summer season. Great tips to be made onboard during the Summer season. ・Multinational crew onboard.

Role Overview:

・The successful crew member will be someone who has prior yachting experience in a similar position as a Chief Stewardess onboard motor yachts of similar size or larger. ・As the Chief Stew, you will be essential in managing the yacht’s day-to-day interior operations. Your responsibilities will include upholding exceptional guest service standards, assisting with guest activities, overseeing the interior department, and working closely with a small team of Stewardesses. ・Second Stews with strong experience and longevity on larger vessels are also more than welcome to apply! ・Willing to fly crew in from around the world as long as you meet all of the requirements.
