We have a 45m private/charter MY seeking a Sole Chef to join them ASAP. This is a recently purchased yacht preparing to launch a new program in the United States. The vessel will operate in the local area for the next year before heading to the Mediterranean, with the aim of becoming a busy charter program. This is a great opportunity for a talented and adaptable Sole Chef to join a new project and make the galley their own.
The role:
• Managing all galley operations as Sole Chef onboard, cooking for 8 crew as well as guests.
• Delivering high-quality, varied cuisine tailored to guest preferences
• Maintain consistency with crew food
• Operating within a dual-season private/charter program
• Performing under pressure during busy charter periods
• B1/B2 visa required
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a yacht Sole Chef
• Strong charter background
• Confident working independently
• Creative, adaptable and highly organised
• Ability to cater to diverse dietary requirements with ease
• Ideally you will be able to join asap, there could be some flexibility for the right candidate
