Jennifer West Named Windstar’s Sales VP for North America

Jennifer West has been named new vice president of sales for North America at Windstar.

In her new role, she will lead the company’s sales strategy and trade engagement efforts for the region, strengthening relationships with the travel advisor community and helping them grow with the brand.

With more than 15 years of cruise industry experience, West brings expertise in sales operations, trade partnerships, advisor engagement and commercial strategy, Windstar said in a press release.

She will officially join the company on June 15, 2026.

“We took our time filling this role because we knew how important it was to find the right person. Jennifer brings the rare combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and genuine passion for the advisor community that we were looking for,” said Janet Bava, chief commercial officer of Windstar Cruises.

“Her background in sales operations and enablement is especially exciting as we continue to strengthen the tools, resources, and support available to our partners. As we grow across North America – especially in the Canadian market, where we’re seeing tremendous opportunity – Jennifer will play a key role in helping advisors grow alongside Windstar.”

West spent more than 10 years at Norwegian Cruise Line, where she built and scaled trade management and sales systems organizations supporting travel advisors and agency partners across North America.

“Trade partnerships are earned, not assumed,” added West. “I’ve spent my career building the kind of advisor relationships that drive real commercial impact, and I’m excited to bring that focus to Windstar as the brand enters its next chapter of growth.”

West is scheduled to make her first industry appearance in her new capacity as sales VP at the 15th Annual Business Travel Summit at Pebble Beach later in June.

There, she will meet Windstar’s top travel advisor partners, national accounts, and consortia leaders alongside Joe Jiffo, director of sales for Windstar.
