Rotational (3:1) STEWARDESS required on 110m+ motor yacht in the Caribbean.

We are seeking a skilled, calm, and polished Service/Housekeeping Stewardess to join a prestigious 112m dual-season private/charter yacht. With several long-term interior team members recently moving on, the program is looking to welcome someone confident, team-oriented, and adaptable who can integrate quickly into a busy, well-run interior department.

The owners are kind, generous, and particular, so this role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent presentation, and a naturally professional demeanour.

About the Role This is a dual service and housekeeping position within a large, structured interior team. You will work under the Lead Service/Head of Service and Lead Housekeeper/Head of Housekeeping, and be responsible for: Full guest service during busy private/charter periods. Housekeeping duties across guest and crew areas. Maintaining exceptionally high standards in all spaces. Following direction well and supporting smooth daily operations. Assisting with crew area duties when guests are off. Contributing positively to a young, energetic interior team.

• Ideal Candidate: 18 months–2 years+ yachting experience in service (large yacht experience preferred). Charter experience preferred, or busy private yacht background. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Professional, detail-focused, and discreet. Positive, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
