Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: SPA/STEWARDESS for a 60m HEAVY CHARTER motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent. ・Salary: Fantastic salary on offer TBC with Captain. ・Location: Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

・Dual season, 60m HEAVY CHARTER motor yacht currently located in the Med is searching for a permanent Spa/Stewardess to start in March 2026! ・The yacht operates a busy, back to back charter schedule in both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. ・Fantastic multinational crew with great longevity onboard. For the right crew member, the yacht will eventually offer a 3:1 rotational contract in the future.

Role Overview:

・The ideal crew member will have strong experience as a Spa/Stewardess onboard vessels of similar size or larger, preferably onboard charter yachts. ・You will need to be creative, approachable and strong within a team. Crew with initiative, confidence and a ‘can-do’ attitude will be favoured for this role as you will need to be able to hit the ground running. ・The yacht operates a busy schedule – crew with a strong track record and a positive attitude will be favoured. Although the position is advertised as a Spa/Stewardess role, it will also consist of duties related to housekeeping, laundry and service with not busy with treatments. ・Along with the overall package, the yacht has a fantastic record of producing incredible charter tips.

Requirements:

・You must hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand. ・All required certificates in-hand and in-date. ・Start date: March 2026.
