Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: SOUS CHEF for a 65m private and charter yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent. ・Salary: $6,000 per month (DOE). ・Location: Dubai/Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

・A 65m private and charter motor yacht is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the vessel on a permanent contract. ・The yacht is currently located in Dubai, with plans to return to the Mediterranean depending on operational requirements, or alternatively remain in the region before transiting to the Maldives in October. ・This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run programme with varied cruising plans and a professional onboard team.

Position Overview:

・Working alongside the Head Chef, the successful candidate will assist in delivering exceptional cuisine for both owners and charter guests while also supporting crew catering and the day-to-day organisation of the galley. ・The role requires someone who is adaptable, highly organised, and comfortable working within a busy, high-standard galley where teamwork and consistency are essential. ・This role presents an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Sous Chef to join a professionally run yacht, develop under an experienced Head Chef, and take the next step in their yachting career.

Requirements:

・Candidates should have previous experience working as a Sous Chef onboard motor yachts. ・Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. ・Male and female candidates will both be considered, and applicants should be available to join immediately. ・The package includes a salary of $6,000 per month, 60 days’ annual leave, and the opportunity to join an exciting private and charter programme with worldwide cruising plans. ・Start date: ASAP!
