We are urgently seeking a Sole Stew for an 80ft private catamaran sailing yacht currently based in the South of France. The vessel will cruise the Western Mediterranean throughout the season, followed by a winter period in Spain.

This is a family-owned yacht with a warm and active atmosphere. The crew are energetic, outdoorsy, and enjoy hiking and other activities during downtime. We’re looking for a stew with a positive, upbeat personality to complement the existing team and provide a high standard of service in a relaxed yet professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a sole stew role (or similar), be confident in light cooking duties, particularly during the off-season, and bring a flexible, team-focused attitude. The service style on board is casual but polished, and while not essential, Italian language skills would be a valuable bonus.

Salary: €4,000–€4,500 per month DOE Leave: 40 days We are looking for someone to start immediately so candidates located in Europe will take first priority.
