Sole Engineer

Rotational (8:8 weeks) SOLE ENGINEER required on 40m+ sail yacht in Spain.

We are looking for an ENGINEER to join this 40m+ sailing yacht, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a good work and life balance, with the offer of rotation it should be appealing to most!

You must have strong understanding of hydraulics systems, a mechanical mindset and troubleshooting as your second nature. The boat does tend to sail as much as it can, so familiarity with that aspect would be a bonus.

You will have a deck engineer to count on, with a shared schedule on deck. Ideally a positive and easy going character would match well with the dynamic onboard, no big egos or very strong personalities. Fit and active with an attitude towards keeping healthy and being pro active with life and its surroundings. Private program, but commercially registered, with 1 regatta booked for next summer, planning on crossing by late October to the Caribbean.
