ROTATIONAL PURSER 80M+

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Purser to join a 80m+ yacht operating a dual-season program between the Caribbean and Med. This is a key administrative and guest-facing role, working closely with the Captain to support both crew operations and owner experience.

The role: • Managing all onboard administration for the vessel and crew • Overseeing crew certification, documentation, and compliance • Acting as a key liaison for owners and guests, delivering a high-level concierge service • Creating and presenting detailed itineraries for guest trips • Supporting smooth day-to-day vessel operations • Start date: ideally around 25th March • B1/B2 visa required

What we’re looking for: • Previous Purser experience on 70m+ vessels • Strong administrative background with experience managing large scale crew documentation • Excellent organizational skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach • Confident guest-facing skills with strong communication and logistical planning ability • Flexible and adaptable to changing plans and last-minute requests • Proactive team player who adds value to a professional onboard environment
