H/K Stew/Masseuse - M/Y 90+m - Med A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Stewardess / Housekeeper / Masseuse to join a prestigious 90m+ private motor yacht currently based in Italy. This is a permanent position offering a desirable 5:1 rotation and a competitive salary of USD 4,500–5,000 per month, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be joining an established and professional crew with an immediate start available.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping throughout the vessel. In addition to interior responsibilities, this role requires a qualified masseuse who can confidently provide a variety of massage and wellness treatments, creating a relaxing and luxurious experience for owners and guests alike.

You will be responsible for ensuring guest accommodation and interior spaces are presented to an impeccable standard, maintaining spa and treatment areas, and supporting the interior team wherever required to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential.

Applicants should have previous yachting or luxury hospitality experience, recognised massage therapy qualifications, and hold valid STCW and ENG1 certificates. Strong communication skills, a positive team-focused approach, and a genuine passion for hospitality are key attributes for success in this position. Additional language skills would be considered an advantage.
