Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: ROTATIONAL DECKHAND for a 70m+ private motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Rotational (3:1). ・Salary: Fantastic salary on offer TBC with Captain. ・Location: Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

・Dual season, 70m+ private motor yacht is currently searching for a rotational (3:1) Deckhand to start in January in the Mediterranean. ・The yacht is currently undergoing a short shipyard stint and carries out an exciting cruising itinerary with a busy Mediterranean season for 2026. ・Fantastic multinational crew onboard who reward and promote longevity onboard.

Role Overview:

・The ideal crew member for this role will ideally have 1 to 2 years experience onboard similar sized vessels, preferably over 50 metres in length. You must be proficient on Deck and have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations onboard a yacht of this size. ・You will need to be positive, professional, career driven, approachable and strong within a team. Crew with initiative, confidence and a ‘can-do’ attitude will be favoured for this role and you must be available for a January start! ・The yacht is offering an industry standard salary as well as a 3:1 rotational leave package.

Requirements:

・You must have a minimum of 1 – 2 full years experience as a Deckhand to be considered. ・A valid Schengen visa/European passport is required for this role. ・Excellent references are required. ・Start date: January, 2026.
