Deckhand

DECKHAND - 80M MY:

We are seeking a highly motivated Deckhand for an 80m Private MY. The vessel has historically had a Med based itinerary, but they have plans to cross to the Caribbean this winter.

This program has a strong fitness culture, influenced by the owner's lifestyle. The crew shares a passion for sports and fitness, both during work trips and in their personal time.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience (open to less for candidates who demonstrate other key strengths - especially in running)
• Yachtmaster Offshore - advantageous
• B1B2 visa preferred
• Strong interest in sport and fitness - specifically running
• Male only due to cabin arrangements
• No tattoos and non-smoker

Package:

• Salary: DOE
• Leave: 90 days
• Boss on bonus scheme
• 13th month bonus

Start date: 1st September (potential to push start date back to mid-September for the right candidate).
