Deck / Engineer

We have a 45m private/charter MY seeking a Deck/Engineer to join them ASAP. This is a recently purchased yacht preparing to launch a new program in the United States. The vessel will operate in the local area for the next year before heading to the Mediterranean, with the aim of becoming a busy charter program. This is a great opportunity for a talented and adaptable Deck/Engineer looking for their next challenge.

The role: • Supporting deck operations whilst providing assistance in the engine room as required • Assisting with maintenance, upkeep and day-to-day vessel operations • Operating within a private/charter program preparing to grow into a busy charter schedule long term • Start date: ASAP (some flexibility for the right candidate) • B1/B2 visa required

What we’re looking for: • Previous yachting experience • AEC certification required • Technically minded with a keen interest in developing engineering skills • Comfortable working across both deck and engineering responsibilities • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
