Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

Role Overview:

・A prestigious 75m motor yacht is seeking an experienced Deckhand/Carpenter to join the team on a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of practical deck experience and carpentry skills to support ongoing maintenance, repairs, and detailing throughout the vessel. ・The yacht runs a busy worldwide program with both private and charter use, requiring someone who can integrate quickly, follow instruction, and maintain the high standards expected on a vessel of this level. Duties will include general deck operations, teak maintenance, lines and fenders, washdowns, and a variety of carpentry-focused tasks such as finishing work, small repairs, interior touch-ups, and custom adjustments as needed. ・This role suits someone hands-on, well presented, proactive, and confident working within a structured, professional deck department.

Requirements:

・Proven carpentry background with verifiable experience (marine or land-based) ・Prior deckhand experience on large yachts strongly preferred ・Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-standard finishing work ・All relevant certificates as well as a Schengen visa/European passport in hand ・Start date: ASAP!
