Compass Rose Crew are currently recruiting for a:

First Mate 37m Private M/Y Contract: Temporary - Crew Cover Start/End: ASAP - 1 month Certificate: Yacht master Offshore Experience: 4+ years Itinerary: Mediterranean Salary: 4500 EUR

We are urgently recruiting for a Temporary First Mate to join a 37m M/Y. This role requires someone confident to hit the ground running as the season is underway, have great tender driving and water sports skills and have great deck organisation and maintenance skills. In addition to this they should ideally have been a Bosun already and have good watch keeping skills. Excellent references are essential.
