CHIEF OFFICER required on 40m+ motor yacht in the USA.

A Private 40m+ MY in the USA is looking for a CHIEF OFFICER to join their team! Salary: $9000 per month Leave: 90 days per year Start date: 1 August 2025 Start location: Florida Itinerary: Yard. East coast cruising of US.

Candidates must have their B1B2, OOW and ideally have been Chief Officer for 1 year minimum with 5 years in the Industry. We are looking for someone who is super hands on and a good leader. Deck team of 3, so Bosun and Deckhand to manage.

The Owners are a lovely American family and the Yacht's home berth is in Florida. The Owners use the Yacht for 1-2 week trips every 6 weeks so it is a sustainably paced program. Multi-national crew of 9, fantastic Captains and above industry salary packages. The Owners love fishing and the program includes a large Sports Fisher.
