Chief Officer / 1st Mate

We have a 40m private/charter MY seeking a Chief Officer to join them ASAP. The vessel launched last year and operates between the Med and Caribbean with both private and charter use.

What we’re looking for: • OOW 3000GT minimum. • Previous Chief Officer experience preferred. • Strong operational and safety knowledge. • Proven leadership experience on deck. • Professional, organised, and able to lead by example.

What’s on offer: • Salary: 7000 Euros. • Leave: 60 days. • 2x return flights per year • Discretionary 13th month bonus • Start date: ASAP (by the 1st July)
