A 25m+ sailing yacht currently cruising the Pacific is seeking a Captain to join in early January.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sailor to take command of a modern classic sloop with an adventurous, off-the-beaten-track itinerary.

Candidates must hold, at a minimum their STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster Ocean and preferably a AEC 2 . Strong sailing ability is essential, as the program includes extended offshore passages and operations in remote locations. Candidates must have held a similar position on board sail yachts and have proven longevity.

Solid engineering knowledge is vital, as the Captain will also manage onboard engineering duties. Diving experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

The package includes a salary of $8000 usd p/m, 42 days leave per year and an annual bonus at the owners discretion.

The vessel will continue exploring the Pacific before returning to Europe over the next three years. The yacht maintains a strict no-smoking policy and is open to couples.
