Bosun

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Bosun to join this exciting 80m new-build motor yacht, operating on a 4:2 rotation. The full package will be discussed upon application.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience on high-volume commercial yachts, with new-build or refit experience being a definite advantage. Strong managerial and leadership skills are essential, as you will be overseeing projects and leading a large deck team. Excellent tender driving skills are also required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bosun who is confident taking the lead, managing a busy deck operation and overseeing multiple projects within a new-build environment. Minimum requirements are YM Offshore, PWI, PDSD, STCW and ENG1. OOW modules would be a bonus. The successful candidate must be a definite non-smoker and non-vaper.
