Key Responsibilities: Lead the onboard HR function, ensuring positive crew relations and compliance. Advise senior leaders and crew on performance, training, and conduct. Oversee welfare programs, orientation, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with MLC, company policies, and international regulations. Act as a link between shipboard departments and shore-based HR. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as HR Manager/Senior HR Officer onboard a cruise ship. Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and multicultural workforce management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; calm under pressure. CIPD or equivalent HR qualification desirable. Valid STCW, C1D Visa, Seagoing Medical. Available October 2025.
